Julie, manager, is only there 3 x days per week. Aylin is there every day, speaks excellent English and knows expat banking needs like no other.

Unfortunately Dilek is no longer there, she has transferred to Istanbul. Aylin is, as Tomsteel says, excellent and a pleasure to deal with.
