Haven't been there for a while, but 1001 used to have a big variety of large cake tins. If not, try upstairs in the shop next to it. Just off Girne high st.

Just had a peek in my other halfs cake tin cuppboard and there is one in there that is 8.5inches by 8.5inches by 3.5inches deep with a push up bottom, which I am sure you could borrow if that is any use to you. She would not want to sell it but if its a one off thing then you would be welcome to borrow it I am sure.

They sell large foil roasting tins in most supermarkets (packs of 2 or 3) you cut these to size and "overlap" them. completely re-cover with foil and line with parchment paper.

Superhome or Orphanides in the south both sell cake tins.
