I have a friend flying over on Sunday to give Power of Attorney to her advocate for a villa sale. Can anyone tell me

what documents if any she will need. Have tried contacting the advocate directly but unfortunately re summer

hours I have missed them.

Your friend needs to take their passport and a copy of the title deed to the property or Contract of Sale if the deeds are not in their name.

They can then take those documents to a noter and get two copies of the power of attorney.
