hi vesela , just got your mail . my apartment is aprox 120 square metres , its on a small complex just north of patara city , only 2 ,6 bed blocks and mine is in a 4 bed block overlooking the communal pool . title deeds are in place and all other taxes paid . i have been letting it out to a turkisk cypriot family for the past 3 yrs at £325 per month . only reason im thinking of selling is to downsize to a 2 bedder nearby . if you need any more details please contact lindsay at donaghy beyler who will be pleased to help you .
