| One who is fed up with internet connection breaks ruining our watching of UK tv or even freezing the web.. Currently although paying for a 1MB, many checks over several weeks has shown that the speed generally varies between 0.5 and 0.8 with the odd short period of time at 0.9 for down loads. This inconcistency results in an unsatisfactory situation. When the internet speed is concistent no problem is experienced. However the inconcistently cause problems as stated above. Suggestions (polite ones ) on providers who give concistent speeds, please |

| re msg 1 As other posters have mentioned, generally speaking 1 Mbit connections aren't enough - esp if you are using a VPN You need 2 Mbit and then a consistent / reliable connection should see you 'OK' |
