| I have the option of buying a quad bike in the UK for a few hunderd pounds. Does anybody know the cost of bringing it to Northern Cyprus ans what the tax position would be? |

| Richendy, at that price I presume your quad bike is more than 5 years old ... and if the same laws apply to quad bikes (that apply to cars), then you can't import it. |

| We brought in a Quad about six years ago. It was the on road type which was a couple of years old at the time. They registered it as a tracktor, you have to pay duty, road tax and registration ect for it. If its a kids type not for the road i don't have a clue? I made hubby sell it as in about two years he had had like six accidents, before he killed himself. The roads are not like the UK roads and quads are very dangerous to drive here. |
