As anyone booked any flights of late with Cyprus Airways ? Just looked to book 3 flights for October and find that they want to add 36 euros per person for use of a debit card.

Turkish Airlines no card charges first class service food and booze

Fly with Monarch they charge for credit cards but don't charge if you pay with debit card now.
