I have Nordic Walking Poles various sizes, the are telescopic and carry size is 300mm/ 350mm made from carbon fiber.



They may be suitable for your needs however check out Google Nordic Walking as they may not be suitable.

There is a Shop that just opened up by the Bellapais Roundabout, 50 Yards up the Hill on the right that stocks Hiking and camping gear.

went to the shop at bellapais today ...gr8 stock ,very nice man ....good prices ...got poles ,maps shoes etc ...very very happy indeed ...definately worth a trip if u nedd poles etc
