| I have just noticed that the bottom of the 19ltr bottle on my dispenser has a green tinge to it. It looks a bit like algae. I have seen on other threads that you need to put some cleansing agent in the dispenser at regular intervals. However this is in the bottle prior to going into the dispenser. I have had dispensers for 7 years and never had this problem before. I am going into the shop where I bought the bottle to see what they have to say. Has anyone else had this problem? Bob |

| take it back to the shop and ask them to change it it sounds like a dirty bottle |

| Yes storage of water is not always the best its often left out in the sun before you buy it. I usually get mine delivered as its stored in better conditions. |
