Best individual musician that sounds like a 4 piece band in my opinion is Barry Snakes.Incredible talent in his soloing and arrangement of rock ballads.

By far the very best entertainment I have seen lately is The Rat Pack at the Paradise Bar, Catalkoy. Not a band, just one guy with his music doing his stuff, I think his name was Al and it IS A PROFESSIONAL show. Not anything like usual amateurish rubbish that's pushed at us on the island. Well done the Paradise Bar for finding this guy.

We are trying to get a regular Jazz/Swing night going at the Paradise, people are returning, only done three weeks this saturday will be the third night so if there are any Sinatra fans out there wanting something to do come and join us, there is no charge to get in, i`m not even charging MUZ as he is my friend we just want a good night, you dont have to eat, just drink if you like. bring as many friends as you can and lets get a good friendly night going for everyone. Everyone says on this island there is no place to go,,, well now there is....



not expensive,,, local,,, I can cherp a bit and if anyone wants to sing with me come on down,,,,

to answer your question lapta girl tuxedo junction are at the fez on sep 7th according to the events page , I saw them a couple of weeks ago and they were superb, you should go and see them, you will definitely be impressed, they are different class.

The "Government" they definitely play the best tunes for us ex-pats to dance to..........I especially like their cover of the Beatles track "Give me Money" and aero-smith's "Walk this way,Talk this way"..
