I have a pair 3 bed apartments in Lapta [the pines ] these are quite newish fully furnished , and are in a very *excellent location *300metres from sea ... they are currenty being rented as holiday lets .... i will rent 1, maybe both, for the autumn and winter period [maximun 6 months] from november . the rent is £325 + maintence + usual bills .... this rent will be baesd on a of 6month period .. a lesser term will be negotiable ... these are the ground floor type [better then the upper level] with 2 large patios and huge private gardens [walled].. bbq area .also. very well equipped kitchens with dishwasher and w/machine etc etc ... please dont offer me 250-300... because we all know its about location location and more location .. for those on tight budgets turtle bay is just around the corner [not] ..... i dont often come on here so best is an email or txt uk .... mrburpi@hotmail.com +44 7971 339854
