When drive over the buffavento mountain or up to the kyrenia castle road I always think of a James bond car chase plus there's casinos military bases I could see it as a location for James bond movie that's all. I still don't understand why you are upset all I'm saying is that the trnc would make a good location for a bond movie .and yes I do think the government is corrupt like all the governments in the rest of he world this is normal as you tend not te get mother teresa characters in office. Take it easy mate. Bribes were nonexistent in Cyprus in the old days but it crept in slowly, first with the Customs (to have an unfair advantage), then the Tapu (to move urgent things forward), then the City Planning (to obtain a dodgy permission) and so on. Thanks God the Justice Systems seems to be immune so far but for how long?

There was a recent outcry about bribery in the administration and something may be done about it after all, let us hope so.
