I use my iPhone4 with turkcell. There's a set charge per mb which just comes off your balance, or goes on your bill if you're contract, or you can buy a packet deal. It's cheaper to buy a packet and the more you buy the cheaper it is. Can't remember for sure but I think it's about 27 TL for 1GB.

1GB generally lasts me a month and that's with pretty heavy use.
