| We are in Scotland which is why it's all through an agent just now, so better contacting agent. It's Lydia who normally deals with it, but anyone in the office will be able to help. If you need any more info just let me know. It was rented out last year, but the couple moved to France so this is the reason it's empty at the moment.

| Hi Louise, the couple who rented and went to France, she was a teacher too and they both loved the flat. He was French and found it difficult to get work, that's the only reason they decided to relocate to France.
