Beautiful one bedroom apartment for long rent in Caesar resort. Short rent might also be considered. The apartment is furnished to high standard with big tv and aircon. The resort has fabulous facilities, like gym, games room, jacuzi, cafe. The 2nd large swimming pool has just been open. The price for 6 months minimum is £250 per months plus bills on top. i think you will find this is expensive for 1 bedroom on donaghy and beyler sight they have 2 bedroom for less i am not critiscising your apartment just thinking the pricee might be putting people off just trying to be helpful

Also anyone who bought in Caesar, how do you rent yours apartments out for long or short rent, and how much do you charge for 1 bed room long term rent? I was also considering short rent, but the busiest months for rent are almost other, and also some websites charge a fortune for advertising, looked at holidaylettings.co.uk, they want £299 for annual subscription, owners direct charge £160. But I don t know how effective they both are. Any information would help.
