i think over all you'd get better service and policy wording from Creditwest.....



Steve Dickenson's in depth policy knowledge and office systems leave a lot to be desired.........

negativenick, you are surely free to choose any insurance company you wish. And by the way, the office in Catalkoy is run by a different person so it's not the same "office system".

Can you manage all of the following -



1) To ignore around 15 e-mails and expensive phone calls from the UK.



2) To take 6 months to supply documentation despite promises to provide by return



3) Having realised their total lack of customer service you should then offer a second year free.



4) Then you should renage on 4) and revert to 1)



They should do all this in the ful; knowledge that the customer was suffering from cancer and on chemotherapy. And did not really need the agravation.



If you can manage all the above you are providing exactly the service given by Mr. Dickenson.

The only thing I can tell you that the Catalkoy office isn't run fully by Mr. Dickenson and hopefully we'll provide good service
