| I have an idea which I need the newspapers to help run. I am over 90% sure that they will like and want the idea, which will make them a lot of money. However, I am afraid of suggesting the idea to which they dismiss as laughable, only to find a few weeks later that they have used it for themselves and reaped the rewards. How can i stop this? Obviously I want a cut of the profit made. Is there somewhere that can patent the idea? If so where, how much, and are they efficient? Is it expensive? I would be greatful for any information. |

| Wont work out here, you will at least need to get an International/worldwide patent but there is no respect for patents or copyright here or in Turkey until either or both end up in the EU. You might want to wait.

| There has to be a way of securing a patent grant. For example, I heard Cangar has the only right to sell BMW cars. He was first to get that patent. |

Sole agency is one thing, a patent is another. Sole agency means that the supplier or manufacturer will not supply anybody else in that country to sell the same goods. However there is nothing to stop othrs obtaining the same goods from other sources.
A patent means that nobody else is alloed to use the patented idea without a license.
