They get through. But I think it helps if you have a PO Box. Been using ebay for 6 yrs here, only a couple of items went astray and because I paid by Paypal, you get refunded anyway.

I also have used ebay for the last 5 years and no problem,. Only twice has anything got lost, and then the companies refunded me. When the government stopped vitamins coming in, and said they were sending mine back, again the company refunded me as well.

To all the people who are getting these deliveries with no problem can anyone confirm if it is a PO box they use Or their home address. As far as we are concerned the last 11 items sent to us have gone missing.........NOTHING has got through to us this year..........we are in Ozankoy Thanks

Used Ebay when we lived in Ozankoy last year, sent to home address - never got there! Checked in Muktars office, nothing there. Was like that for 3.5 years with very little mail getting either to the house or the office and then only gash stuff - bank cards just vanished and any parcels that were sent to us might just as well have been sent to the other side of the world, never got them. Moved house and "obtained" a PO Box in Girne late last year. Everything has been received that has been sent that we know about so far. Ebay items are no problem and mail is always delivered into the PO box. No mail problems at all now and I think it is only due to having a PO Box in Girne. The more the mail is handled the bigger the chance it will fall through a crack in the system.

Thanks Waddo Very helpful reply and matches our experience exactly. Makes you wonder just where the problem really lies doesn't it!!!! We are going to complain (again) to the post office and will also try a PO Box too Thanks again
