I don't understand. Ex-pats can only own 1 donum and 1 property and cannot anyway get PTP for Turkish title.

Either its advertised for TCs or, for the poor unsuspecting Johnny foreigner who pays over his money then finds out he cannot legally own it.....or maybe even a TRNC registered company.

If the deeds are in your name and you have them in your hands, I would say your home and dry greylag. We are referring to those who have put their deeds in the name of the advocate.
