Directions from Girne to Ministry of Education needed please. Also any advice in enrolling child into primary school in Lapta.

Drive into Lefkosa at the main set of traffic lights turn left (there is a jeep showroom)on your left, take the next right and the first or second building on your right is the Ministry of Education.

Not sure why you need to go to Education Ministry?

Have you been to the Lapta School? If I remember correctly all I needed was childs last school report and their birth certificate and possibly a letter from the Mukhtar (you need one for everything else!!)

My daughter is at Alsancak Ilkokulu, If you decide to send yours there I'll happily come with you.

the school in lapta said we had to go there. There are no other english in this school though so quite concerned for my nephew. You are the second person to mention this school in Alsancak. Think we should consider it. Could you tell me where it is please athentichoccie. Much appreciated for info.
