Visa - Cyprus Work Permit - Required Documents - Pls Help?

Hi Friends,



Currently I am working in UAE, I get a job offer for Cyprus,



My new prospectus employer(Cyprus) needs following documents for applying my work permit:





1. A clean criminal record certificate / PCC (Will get from Dubai/UAE Police)

2. Medical certificates (Will get from Medical Fitness Center)

3. Non Bankruptcy Certificate (?????????????)



I have already arrange PCC & medical certificate,



For Non Bankruptcy Certificate I asked here from my local bank (dubai) they said that they can provide me No Liability Letter only,



I requested my local bank for No Liability Letter & received then sent to my prospectus employer but he needs Non Bankruptcy Certificate only.



Now Kindly advice....from where(Which department) I can get 'Non Bankruptcy Certificate'?



I am sorry for a long story....since i am looking for some curable answer....



Pls suggest / advice accordingly ....



an earlier would be really appreciated...

Why do you keep asking the same questions on this Forum when you stated that you were going to work in the South and you were told that there are better forums for the South. Or have you now got a job offer in thenorth.



None of us can answer your questions for the south, so take a look at the Republic of c yprus web page and I am sure you will find all your answers there. Or better still, surely your boss can tell you the answers.

No idea as never been bankrupt but have you thought of asking the courts in Dubai for a letter stating that they have found no case recorded in your name...Its a long way round but may help.





Good luck but are there no other members who have work here and were asked for the same document,how did you deal with it ?
