hi, we have just moved to the island and are looking for a house/villa in the kyrenia area for long term rental. Minimum 3 bedrooms, garden or terrace area for children to play, preferably no swimming pool. No more than £500 per month. Open to all suggestions!

I have a 3 bedroom bungalow with a large garden, it does have a pool though. It can be viewed on http://www.cypruswiseproperty.com and is £450pcm including the pool maintenance. Best regards Lydia

You should never mention a price you are prepared to pay on here or anywhere, as you will then pay over the odds.

Just giving you some advice as a newcomer.

My previous rental is vacant at the moment.4 bed furnished villa just outside Esentepe.Give Zeki a ring on 05338313309. I'm sure he will look after you any way he can. Cheaper than £500 also.
