.2 weeks ago my wife said she saw a blunt nose viper going into the lavender whilst swimming in the pool, there has been no sighting since then

yesterday I managed to find the energy to do some pruning in the garden and came across what looked like a piece of string, on inspection my concerns grew, it was the skin of a small viper could this mean there is a nest of these creatures and if so are there any garden sprays that would deter them from making our garden their home

you comments would be appreciated

Leave them alone and they'll leave in time (as yours probably has) - PLEASE don't listen to the people who'll come on to the forum saying you should kill them. Just be carefull when in the garden. Don't put your hands under a push to do some weeding without checking first and if you have a dog or cat, they'll warn you where one is in any case!!

Magpies and crows (as well as cats and dogs) will kill snakes. With lizards I think it is the other way around.
