Multimax Still Looking for Basestations

Hello,

Multimax is looking for new base stations to improve its service. A rough list of locations and requirements are below.



Incesu:

High up in the village with line of sight(LOS) to Merit.



Karmi:

Proper coverage of the village of karmi and surroundings, must have LOS with Merit and Girne New Harbour area



Bellapais:

This location can be in bellapais, or down below, needs to have coverage of bellapais area



Catalkoy:

Premium location in catalkoy for most complete coverage



Arapkoy:

Must have good coverage and LOS with Cratos



Alagadi:

Must have good coverage and LOS with Girne/Cratos



We are only interested in premium locations. Please understand that most of the locations will probably get rejected but we offer everybody who submits their coordinates a month of any multimax service for their interest.



Please feel free to submit any coordinates outside of the above if you have any premium locations.

Hi Kemal, still awaiting base station installation in Bahçeli, promised by end of Aug. As I told you when you visited, "yes, but which year, as this is Cyprus my friend?" I think you promised a bottle of bubbly if it did not happen - well, bring it with you buddy.

Hi Tom,

you were right and I was wrong. Forgot to take it into account that the suppliers here stop working 1 week before, during and 1 week after bayram... Your bottle will be delivered to you along with everything else soon...

Forgot to mention;

Equipment we are using is not big and takes very little space and uses very little electricity.



In return for a small space on your premises and electricity, we are offering a free 4Mbit Internet connection in return, currently valued at 80TL per month.

@tomsteel, we are pushing to reach you before the end of the month, if all goes well, we should be having a superb link to bahceli before the end of next week.



@Littlemo, unfortunately at this time, we do not have service in famagusta yet and we will not be able to make it into that market for at least another 2-3 months. We will post updates here.

Where are your Alsancak base stations BTW because some of us are tucked around bits of rock and things and are not facing anything other direct to the sea.

@Tango1, We currently have 4 basestations that covers alsancak area, we have a strong presence there. do you see any other buildings other than the sea? merit maybe?

I contacted you re us being a base station in Catalkoy. You (or someone from Multimax) came around within a couple of days. They explained what equipment would need to be installed and said they would work out the "logisitic" etc from the office and let me know one way or the other if it was a suitable location. I have heard nothing in 2 weeks so should i assume it is not a suitable location !

Msg.18, I haven't been on the roof for 5 years now but we have Extend and I think they operate from Merit or Deniz Kizi - you'll be able to tell me I think!
