This post makes a refreshing change ..

Everyone here with a UK address goes back to the UK because it is FREE treatment on the NHS ..

You'll be lucky to get a operation for varicose veins on the NHS these days, whether you live there or not.

You'd need to be pretty much lame

Contact the Near East university Hospital - they have a website, or call them on 0392-6751000. They will definitely have a suitable specialist for your varicose vein problem. The hospital is excellent but, just make sure that you get a written quotation from them before proceeding as their finance department seems to be a bit wayward!

Thanks for every 1s replys, ill let you know how i get on. Over here i was quoted £4,000 lol they must think money grows on trees.

I had lots of thread veins on my legs and felt really down with them so i went to a thread vein removal clinic after several sessions at £170 each she told me i would have to have a large vein removed which was feeding the little ones i thought why did they not tell me this before i spend nearly £2000 well i suppose thats buisness for you.

My husband was recently treated by a highly recommended vein specialist called Dr Mehmet Arikbuke from Lefkosa 0533 869 8457. Good result.
