ITV showed the Homes from Hell show last night showing the problems on the Incesu site (above Alsancak).

When will it ever end???????????????

Is anyone going to do something to sort out this mess???

sadly the only time it will end is when people stop buying buy 'off plan' in my opinion.

It had been screened previously as well and I felt it a very weak programme. None of the guilty parties names mentioned.

If that was a repeat of the program i saw when i was in UK a couple of months ago it was very interesting. they showed other homes in other countries and at the end of the program showed what had been done or was being done to resolve the problems with the properties - with the exception of TRNC

I agree with Msg.2. DON'T buy off plan. The architects plans and the web sites look wonderful, but they are as a Spiders Web to a Fly. Avoid like the plague - at least for many years to come.

Yes totally agree, we also (due to being caught out) pay for anything in Advance, especially requests for 1 year in advance!!!!
