I seem to remember that what you paid here for one months supply you could get six months worth from healthspan in the channel islands, they deliver free to the UK,you just need someone to bring them over for you

The first thing you should try is Cider Vinegar and you can buy it in the supermarkets here. There is one brand that has honey in it that does make it more palatable to take. Google the benefits of cider vinegar and you will see how it can alleviate the pain and discomfort in the joints.

Light exercise is essential such as walking, swimming or low impact exercise.

I was diagnosed in 2008 with Rheumatoid Arthritis.......to say I was shocked was an understatement. The rheumatologist was happy to pump me with drugs but I did some reading up and this was confirmed on the internet that I could sort this problem out myself.

I have now been pain free and drug free for 2 years and the R.A. has completely disappeared.

I exercise, I DO NOT eat red meat and I take cider vinegar 3 times a day [1 dsp x 3].

If you would like anymore information for your friend then please contact me on pjandseinthemed@hotmail.com

My recommendation would be to buy it in the UK from one of those Ads you see in the UK Sunday papers. It always seemed to be cheap as chips.

There are several types of arthritis and each requires a different treatment. Mine is 'inflammatory' and does not respond to glucosamine - only to sulphsalazine and Flurbiprofen..

It came in 24 hours when I was 41. One morning I was normal and the next I was completely frozen - I could not move and I was in terrible pain. It took 3 months to diagnose it and develop a drug regime to control it. I had always thought arthritis was a gradual thing - absolutley not - 1 day and my life was changed forever.

Mine was the same, I was completely frozen with pain, arms, legs, hands and feet. I am on a big heady cocktail of drugs. I will try the cider vinegar though - can't hurt and hopefully will help. Thanks Sheila.
