| mine is Digital Supreme as well, but my internet is fine. My only problem could be the tv as it freezes a lot. |

| Well Digi Supreme is still very slow today. Has been for the last few day's now. Very poor service indeed. |

| Internet is running very slow but Multimax (see posting from them) has explained this problem. It will right itself, no doubt, in time. |

| I suggest you check out http://www.mmcyp.com and run the speedtest by clicking the button at the left middle of the page. This server is located just before out Internet exit. If you are getting good speeds from here, your connection is probably ok and the problem lies elsewhere. Works best for multimax customers but might work for other providers' customers as well.
Just a simple tool so that you have an idea where the problem lies and who to blame!
