| Does anyone have any idea of the likely cost of replacing a hot water tank located on the roof of an apartment building.

| Based on house prices, about 600tl you may get a better price of you shop around a little.
Don't go to the place opposite Starling in Lapta, the metal workers in the basement under the yapi and the pool shop, a tank form them lasted less than a year.
The guy just on the first corner on the left as you go into the Karaglanaglu Ind Estate deff makes new tanks, not repaired old ones. |

| Hi ya jo had ours replaced about march and was 700 tl fitted but u can get them for about 500 tl |

| Mine burst year before last, and in my absence it was replaced for me, and cost over £300

| Yes it is interesting. This is for my friend's apartment and the agent is quoting £232 but someone else has told me they paid 400TL (although he is a local)! It's hard to know what to do especially when it's not actually my money and the easiest option for me is to let the agent deal with it. Decisions, decisions ... |

| Agree with Gary,my neighbour paid 400ytl,they made an exact copy of the one that broke and fitted it as well. |
