I have a cat that seemed to have been in a scrap at the weekend - quite normal as it is not a domestic cat. However he came for food 2 days ago, limping and I thought he had a broken leg. Could not get anywhere near to have a look. He has spent the last couple of days out of reach but have been managing to give him some meat and drink. Came up to me today and seems that one of his injuries on his shoulder has got quite badly infected and there is now a huge lump there which is causing the limp. Managed to get some antiseptic on the area whilst I was feeding him but he soon went out of reach again. I don't think it is going to heal on its own and so need a vet to take a look if i can entice him near again. I am in Ozankoy and want to know if there is a vet locally because I am sure the car ride will totally traumatise him so the shorter the better! I also need to borrow a pet carrier. Do the vets lend these? Any advice gratefully received.

agree pet cross and they are very close to you. just take the turning to the side of starling in karakum and you will find them up on the left hand side. all 3 vets there are lovely, as are the assistants.

You could ask KAR for loan of a pet carrier but they will require a deposit - too many lent out and not returned!

Judy, I think if you ask Petcross they will lend you one if you explain that it is not a domestic cat. They are brilliant at Petcross

From main coast road turn into Lemar Car Park and drive up passing Lemar on RHS. Turn left at T-juntion and you should see Starlings ahead on RHS. Turn right immediately before Starlings and follow road round a left hand turn and you will see waste ground/car park on left and Vets next to it.
