Following your email I sent just to confirm our property is 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with large communal beach in Esentepe, as I mentioned the property is available 1st November - 15th May, it would be £400 per month you would purchase water on site so there are no bills, electricity would need to paid for what you use, maintenance and property tax included in monthly rent.
