Christmas Fruit Cake Recipe

Just thought I would share this recipe with everyone



Ingredients



1tblsp Water

1tsp Baking Powder

1 Bottle Whisky

12 oz Flour

10oz dried fruit

8oz Nuts

Lemon juice

8oz sugar

4 lge eggs

8 oz Butter



Method

Sample Whisky to check for quality

Take a lge bowl Check the whisky again To be sure of its highest quality pour one level cup and drink Repeat

Turn on the electric mixer beat 2 oz butter in a lge fluffy bowl

Add 1 tsp sugar beat again.

Make sure whisky OK Cry another tup

Turn off mixerer

Break 2 bowls add to eggs chuck in fruit Mix on turner

(If fruit gets stuck in beaterers pry loose with drescriver)

Sample wisky to check for consitedy

Sift 2 sups salt or something who cares

Check Whisky

Sift lemon Juice Strain your nuts

Add 1 table of sugar or whats left

Grease oven

Turn Cake tin to 350deg

Don't forget to beat off the turner Throw bowl out of window

Check wisky again go to bed

Following day 2 asprins

Go to M&s buy a christmas cake.

Ah ha! Now I know where my mum went wrong when she complained her cake didn't turn out right - she forgot the whisky!
