Hi mmmmmmmm,



Had a power outage today and Sky now playing up.



I have followed your instructions:

"If you can't get any channels :

1/ turn of the sky receiver at the mains - DO NOT take out the card, please - wait 2 minutes-...........................................4/ If this doesn't work.. then grab the remote and press Services, then 4,0,1 and select - Don't pay attention to the screen - this is a hidden menu !



press button 2, default transponder - and enter 12207, then go down to save settings, and select.. the scan to search for the channels should start.. "



It doesn't. It goes back to previous screen: Installer setup, 2 - default transponder.



Help!
