Final Building Approval

I hope someone of the forum can give a definitive answer to my question, as always we have had conflicting advice..



We are one of four houses, with a shared pool. We have our deeds for the land, building permits, green building files with all plans stamped with vize approval. 2 of the other houses have made changes to their houses, ie filled in car port to create fourth bedroom.



My question are we able to obtain final approval for our house alone, or must this we done as a group of four?

If it is a shared Kocan you must have approval for all the houses, also no alterations must have been done from original plans otherwise you will have to have new plans submitted.
