To help this old fella finish the marathon in Istanbul, when I was in the UK for the Hastings and London Marathon I took energy gel sachets ,on route.



Do you know if you can buy such products over here in TRNC. I was thinking of ordering on line but with current import restrictions is probably a no no.

If you get stuck, let me know I will bring some over to Istanbul, but I am sure they will have some Expo. Only risk if your body is not used to them, could be a bit risky on race day.
