I am looking for a LARGE Luxury villa to long term let for at least 12 month.



Must have:



At least 4 Double bedrooms, C/heating/ air con / fire place, Modern Kitchen, Large swimming pool with grounds, prefer unfurnished but if furnished to nice spec ok.



from Zeytinlik to Catalkoy area please as kids go to ESK school (not on bus)

I have a furnished one Emma which I think will meet your requirements but i've resisted replying as you have made it clear you want a minimum 12 months and I can only offer between mid Oct and 31/3/12
