Apartment/Villa required for 4 weeks Jan->Feb 2012

I'm looking for either an apartment or villa to rent for 4 weeks from the middle of January to the middle of February next year.



There's just me, so 1 bedroom is fine. I'm not fussed about a swimming pool but Internet access (wired or wireless) is essential (please DON'T suggest a dongle) as I'll be working for some of the time whilst I'm there. I'll consider anywhere reasonably close to Kyrenia as I'll have a rental car. If I have a choice, I like Bellapais.



I'm afraid that I can't consider anywhere that doesn't have a full range of interior and exterior photos, having been caught out elsewhere once before. I'd also like the cost to be fully inclusive. In other words no extra 'fees' for cleaning, water, electricity, air-conditioning, bedding, flushing the toilet, watching the TV or anything else some imaginative owners seem to come up with!
