So as previous posts my VPN stooped working

I rang Nethouse and spoke to "option 1" faults the admin person took my user name told me to switch off the computer and reboot in 5 mins

YOU THEN DO NOT USE THE VPN

THE COMPUTER /CONNECTION IS CONFIGURED SO THAT YOU CAN WATCH BBC ITV ETC



MANY THANK NETHOUSE SO SIMPLE TO USE JUST LIKE BEING IN THE UK

Hi Robert,

I am a Nethouse subscriber, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were giving us a VPN, unfortunately for me it wont work with BBC, and their experts seem to have given up trying to sort it out for me, as they dont respond to emails any more, they say its a problem in my computer, trouble is I know its not, as my bought and paid for VPN still works BBC,s iPlayer.

I take it BBC,s iPlayer is working for you ?

steve BBC works ok for me

its a new way of logging on phone up and get registered switch off computer re start and it should log onto british tv without clicking on to a VPN &/or putting in a password

I have tried and still have cannot get UK TV, The usual message about anot being available in your ares message' .... why does it work for some and not others? I did manage a couple of weeks ago, no problem to connect to iPlayer but now, no luck?? Frustrating to say the least.

Yes I am the same, they supposedly connected me so I automatically connect to the VPN and it does, I have checked with Speedtest and that now shows my connection as UK, but I can still only get ITV and Channel 4, but it will not connect to BBC iPlayer.
