Just back today, having completed everything in relation to our lovely house in Lapta. Wanted to let the forum know that our construction company - Tierra Construction - have been absolutely wonderful and we would thoroughly recommend them. Having been a keen forum reader, we had anticipated all sorts of problems but they whole process has been painless - even down to having the electric meter fitted within 2 days of paying the deposit!!!!! All thanks to the help and support of Tierra. The standard of the building work is really impressive and we can't wait to start spending time there.
