I did ask before but the person never got back to me, I like this complex and was wondering if anyone or knows anyone who would like to rent their place out.

Both pools are out of commission, one green and the other leaking, we have a friend who lives on this complex!

I rented one there 2 years ago and over the winter months mould appeared all over the walls of one bedroom although the place was ventelated - was only in it for 2 months and it was cold, no TV and pretty basic
