Today, extended power failures in lapta and especially Karmi has caused connection outages in parts of Kyrenia and East of Kyrenia for more than 4 hours.



We are already working on solutions in order to prevent future outages. A Backup link that will bypass the Karmi hub will be installed by tomorrow(4th Oct) and upgrades will be conducted to improve default UPS backup capacity from 4 hours to 12 hours in key locations.



All affected customers will have 5 days added to their subscription for todays outage.



We apologize to all who got affected and working very hard to prevent further such incidents.

Hi Kemal - superb service west of Girne. However, date/time for fitting of base station east of Girne (Bahçeli) - end of Aug at the latest!!
