hi



i have a friend who wants to rent a detached villa somewhere between the east side of Kyrenia and the east of Catalkoy. they have a dog and want long term.



they require:

2 to 4 beds

private plot (not communal)

decent walling (for the dog)

prefer unfurnished or part furnished or at the outside an uncluttered place.



anyone got a place like this?

they are looking for long term and that villa has weekly, short term rates so no good for them but thank you all the same p4aul.

I currently have a villa for long term rent in Ozankoy. It is a private villa with easy maintaining garden and pool. It has 3 bedrooms master with ensuite and 2 additional bathrooms. It has an open fireplace and large lounge area. And the villa is fully furnished. 550stg p/m including pool maintenance
