I am a teacher at ESK and due to the fact that my current villa has just been sold, I need to find a well furnished 2 or 3 bed villa or apartment as soon as possible.

Anywhere between Catalkoy and Alsancak considered up to a maximum monthly rental of £350.

I have a 2bedroom furnished apt in Ozankoy for rent for £325pcm including the maintenance.
