Its so i can host a small leaving party and people will have somewhere to stay..

Try the small bungalows at Alkan Village near Esentepe. They might do weekends and I believe they are reasonable. As you have not said where you want this accommodation to be, Esentepe might be too far out for you. That said, lots of good places our side to have a leaving party too.

why don't you try SHIP INN they have 2 bedrooms villas to rent - i have done it for friends a week ago - i don't know if some are till available !

Your problem will always be making it worthwhile to the owner

I have a villa and apartment that are available however I have changeover costs that make it uneconomic to rent for less than a week - particularly as i'd be giving up the possibility of late bookings for half term
