It is getting to similar for me I read threads with Horror over the past few days.

I am no angel but the venom spite and agro generated leaves me to think ...

Nige, it's back to the "Don't read the threads" scenario. I would'nt let them get to you. Leave them in there own little world. They'll soon get fed up. The trouble is they come back on the forum under another name and then start all over again. It it's not this forum it'll be another.

Maybe its about time the threads were organised into groups such as TRNC info, general chat, items for sale/wanted, jokes.



That way those who want to read useful threads can but it doesnt stop those who just want to have a bit of a chat?

No1Doyen sorry no I am not Iam asking members obey the rules and treat Izzie with the RESPECT HE DESERVES ....

He set the board up updates it etc etc etc and we have people doing nowt but stir the poo.

I do not hide my email address and Have mailed the board mods to say I believe the only way forward isfor new members to have a non web based email addy to register with, as most isps give only a couple of email addys this would eliminate the multipul account user.

Issey and the rest of the team do a great job ( most of the time ) and I would not like this to go the way of another board that was very very good but ( in my opinion ) is dominated by Liberals .. who as we all know have screwed the uk up... SO a modicum of decency is all it takes.

I am not asking we this board goes to WOOSIE board or all wear halos but common courtesy should not be 2 much to ask.

As for mackaozy post no 2 thankyou, ACTIONS speak louder than words, Help , contribute, advise and have a nice nite ALL

I begged for peace and for personsal insults to be banned. My requests for considered moderation were ignored. I warned that the board was getting out of control. THE MODERATORS IGNORED MY PLEADINGS.



I told them what would be the logical consequences of ignoring these warnings.



NOW EVERYONE IS AT EVERYONES NEIGHBOUR.



PIKE HAS SPREAD HIS VITRIOL AND DEVISIVE RHETORIC. PEOPLE OF LOWER INTELLIGENCE SEE HIS FANTASIES AS REALITY, AND POST THEM!



SCENTING THIS THE LUNATICS ARE OUT OF THE ASYLUM.



DECENT MEMBERS ARE LEAVING THIS BOARD IN DROVES!



IZZET NEEDS TO SIT DOWN WITH THE REAL MEMBERS OF THIS BOARD........



ISMET, NO1 DOYEN, LEMTIC, AUSSIE, HATTIKINS, PHYLRAY, SIMBAS. ALSANCAKJACK,



TOO MANY TO NAME..........and decide who to delete, stop this foul mouthed devisiveness



and restore this board, to what it was.

It was pleasant, Informative, supportive, interesting. Most postings were of the TRNC but humour was always near the surface. Doyens jokes were something to look forward to when you woke up in the morning. UK Turk was always there to quote history and just how THE TCs felt. Len was always there to make you shake your head, to get back to reality.



Deviceness was never part of this board. People cared. We had no Lilli threatening to leave. We had Hattikins for late night well informed down to earth chat. Pike was Pike a well informed member of Cypriot history, but a very device personality.



Izzet, I have sent you off board E mails sent to me of people who won't bother any more.



CYPRUS 44 CANNOT AFFORD THAT. WE ARE LOOKING FOR MODERATE MODERATION

Just because you felt under pressure you stooped below the high mark you professed to set yourself and others... I hope this means it won't happen again... But please don't keep on pleading with the mods... it's getting tedious...



I spend a lot of time sparring with Pike but I hope I don't make any remarks to him which can be construed as deliberately foul-mouthed or direct personal insults... I do pull his leg when I think he's being particularly obtuse.. He, for his part, tries to keep his end of the argument within certain boundaries but is often castigated in insulting terms for nothing more than stating his opinion. No wonder then that he replies in kind at times...



If the people calling for topics to be hived off used the index of subjects in Popular Tags properly
