Directions to the Customs Office in Nicosia

I have to pay the import duty on my UK registration vehicle, and have been told that the Customs Office is on the main road going into Nicosia. Can someone please give good directions, as I don't want to be driving round in circles.

The city is called Lefkosa !!!!!!



Go on road from Girme to Lefkpsa.at the big roundaboutturn left towards Ercan.About 1 mile down the road,after the parade steps,big garage on the left,I think BMW,turn left,about 50m on the left.

Building is on your left

Drive down the main road towards Ercan Airport and turn left by the big Kombos Mercedes garage. The Customs office is a little way up this road on the right hand side just past the police station.

Message 2 & 3. been there. And they gave me a figure to pay, then told me I need to go to the Customs Office which was back the way I came toward Girne and turn left into 'LEFKOSA' towards the city centre and it was on the left along there. All I could find was the Residency Office and they were no help at all.

goolian, yes thats what i have to do. I went to the office's mentioned in message's 2 & 3, there they gave me a figure (import duty to pay), and told to collect the forms from the Import Office's direction I gave in message 5 and then go back to the office's mentioned in message 2 & 3. Why is everything in this country is so complicated, all I wish to do is pay some tax.
