Quente Restaurant - recommendation

Hello All,

I've never posted a recommendation for a restaurant before, but as my Wife and I have just had a great late lunch at Quente Restaurant, I felt that this was the right time to start.

We had never been there before, and were actually headed elsewhere, but got stuck in a traffic queue, and spotted their sign by the side of the road.

We were the only customers there, which now seems incredible, given the quality and quantity of the food on offer.

I chose the fixed Lebanese meal (39 TL), while my Wife chose the Grilled Sea Bream (28 TL).

The 12 mezze dishes would have filled me on their own, had I tried to finish them off, but the arrival of the hot appetizers, followed five minutes later by the kebabs, sadly meant that, even with help from Tara, I couldn't get close to clearing the plates.

Although Tara enjoyed the fish, she could only manage about half, because of the mezze she'd had.

The new Lebanese chef only arrived a few days ago, but he has made a great start. Go s
