Just looking for general info about the blocks, neighbours, number sold, build quality, oh, and the subsidence in the paving - which might not be serious, don't worry ! Yes, and anyone selling one.

Have tried to contact you without sucess,we purchased Oct 07.When we were last over in oct there were 9 unsold.We have found the quality of the finish excellent compared to some of the sites we viewed.I think there is a 3 bed appt fully furnished the owners are asking £70,000.We have found neighbours ok.Hope this helps, as for the subsidance only noticed it on the last visit.

Is everyone referring to Olive Grove,Lapta ? - The Santa Fe props.We are still haggling over snagging having started in October 2007. Went over 2 weeks ago they have just finished,but still one or two snagging issues to sort. Hope to hear from fellow sufferers,kind regards.Steve

Sorry but I thought my subject line was clear.



They are just called 'olive apartments' (not particlarly sparkling I would agree). And are just beside the first small settlement of shops in Lapta as you come up the hill from the first turn off the coast road. The entrance is on the north side of the road, and the buildings about 50 metres from the entrance - painted mostly an attrative ochre colour and have a barrel roof design, not thne usual flat roofs seen in the island. HTH
