I have a 4 bed unfurnished villa for long term rent in Bellapais. It has a 12 x 6 kidney shaped pool which is shared with the house next door. The house has central heating but this is untested as the exisiting tenants have not installed the gas tank as they are using the air con units. The property has one bathroom and two toilets with a large through lounge/kitchen. There is a hob oven and extractor fan and the living room has a 26,000 btu aircon unit fitted.



There is a large balcony with beautiful views of the harbour and the sea with the mountains behind.



Rent is £800 pcm with three months rent in advance and one months deposit. Absolutely no dogs or cats. Agents please note I only pay a £250 finders fee if you have suitable tenants. The property should be available in the next week to ten days.

Message 4 please keep your opinions to yourself the forum is for people to use for a variety of things not for negativity. Bellapais is the beverly hills of Cyprus not sure where you live but its two minutes from ESK and five minutes drive into town. It is a large four bed house with a stunning swimming pool and beautiful gardens. I can go on and riducule your posts but I wont stoop that low.

Actually it is fair game. If you use this site for free advertising to rent out a property, expect a comeback. Do agree the area is nice bar for the rubbish in the hills..
