| Anyone know about water filters. We would like a water dispenser unit for chilling same but need the water to be filtered as it's high in calcium and potassium here. Have only seen the little tap gadgets in supermarkets and they require frequent changing. Be grateful for any advice, thanks. |

| Simple. Have a look at http://www.softcleanwater.co.uk we have prices that were set up for export to North Cyprus. (Due to this we are told we are the cheapest for the Liff / Aquadial / Waterside filter and softener ranges in the UK.) - There is a link on our site to Culligan to help you with the spec's. The best way is to get your gear delivered to someone coming over from the UK and then your freight cost is minimalised. There are also worktop or undercounter mounted water chillers available from SoftCleanWater but I would ensure that you have a stable electric supply as like most UK products they are not designed for normal Cypriot fluctuations. Ismet could advise well on this. Culligan advise changing filters every 4 to 6 months so I would get 18 months supply. BEWARE we have heard of imitations that last weeks! | Mistsi - I forgot to mention that Culligan are one of the biggest UK specialist suppliers and a branch of their massive US water treatment company (quite a reputation). Tom |
